Wonderfully private and beautiful 2 Bedroom,2 Bath home in the very lush valley of San Marcos off the 15 freeway. Nestled between creeks and trees, this single-family home is one of a kind. Plenty of space to park an RV, a large work truck, and safe from everything around you. The house is very updated, with all tile floors, ceiling fans, a newly remodeled kitchen, lots of closet space, and a large deck patio in front. Both bathrooms have been updated. It comes with a washer and dryer to use in its room. This house has lots of room for larger vehicles but must be parked appropriately. Pets are acceptable. The chicken coup in the photo has been removed. Please read!!! - Two unique things about this property are that it is not a good fit for kids due to the barn beside it, which might lead to some curious kids hurting themselves. Also, there is a ravine that might also be dangerous for kids. The owner does not want to take on any liability for this now, so you will be asked to sign a liability waiver. The other item is that this property can only get satellite internets like Hughesnet or equivalent. High-speed broadband is not yet available in this neighborhood.
