REMODELED Inside (2014) and Outside (2023). Fenced in back yard. One car garage. Rent is $1,749 a month with $1,500 regular deposit. Cats and Dogs are OK, but large dogs with a dangerous reputation- such as, Pit Bulls, Mastiffs, Rottweilers, or Doberman Pinchers, etc. are NOT allowed on the property at anytime for any reason. Maximum of three pets allowed on the property at any one time. One time $200 total non-refundable pet deposit is required for up to three pets. 13 month lease. Four person maximum occupancy limit.
