The friendly front porch and orange front door lead to a spacious, sunny living room with walls of windows on 2 sides, white brick fireplace, and comfy couch and chairs. The living area is connected to the open plan full kitchen-dining room, perfect for family meals or entertaining guests, with shelving and a large table that seats 8. The bright kitchen has a glass brick back wall and art deco backsplash, butcher block rolling countertop, and updated stainless steel appliances including gas range and dishwasher. They share an updated jack and jill bathroom, with shower over tub. One bedroom is currently set up as a cozy office, with a wall of built in shelving and low desk area with 2 chairs, and the other is set up as a kid room, with bunk beds and dressers. However these furnishings are flexible and there is a high end queen bed that can be set up in either, depending on your needs. Because the home is perched on a corner lot, it's the fenced front yard that's used for play and relaxation - and it's set up for both with patio chairs and a firepit for roasting marshmallows and s'mores. Phenomenal Location! Minutes away from great restaurants like Clove and Hoof, Fentons Creamery, and Commis. The nearby Temescal Alley, Piedmont Ave, and College Ave all provide bookstores, shops, movie theaters, and markets.
