Located close to Manette in East Bremerton gives you convenient access to local shopping and dining, PSNS, Naval bases, and St. Michael's hospital. There are two parking areas, of which both have a covered carport with direct access into the house. Storage space located near the back carport is for tenant use. The back yard at this time is not for tenant use, but there is a sizable front and side yard. This unit is on septic, so there is a $25 monthly fee in lieu of sewer charge.
