The bad reviews are sad. I've been here 2 years and cannot express enough that they really try hard to make this an amazing living place. Maintenance is very thorough, shout out to Brandon, and will work with you to make it easy for them to come in your home (even with pets). The parking can be a bit difficult but how is that their fault? You want a reserved spot they have them. We have 2 cars, 1 apartment, no reserved spot and still find parking. I hate to say it but the prices are so fair for the economy we live in 😑 super friendly staff! Kalina is the sweetest person to talk to on the phone. Literally could not ask for a friendlier staff to be working with. Thank you!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE consider them before paying way too much for less.

I have lived here for a little over 4 years and it has been an overall pleasant experience. I’m kind of surprised to see all the bad reviews. Sure the walls/floors are thin but this is the reality of most apartment living in the US. Parking used to be atrocious a couple years ago (likely due to the COVID evictions suspension policy in place). I’m sure there were several tenants here not paying rent and mgmt needed to rent more units to have cash flow, thus an abundance of vehicles that the lot couldn’t support. But once the eviction protection ended the parking situation has improved. Speculation of course, but it makes sense. Maintenance requests are always addressed immediately and with a smile. All of the staff are friendly when you see them around the property. The grounds are kept looking clean and the amenities are maintained nicely. Management actually makes consistent and relevant updates to the property. Since I’ve been here they have repaved the parking lot, built a large sheltered mail room with package lockers for deliveries, renovated part of the indoor swimming pool, etc. There are always events and ways staff works to engage with tenants. Communication is also very transparent. I experienced a traumatic situation where another tenant’s dogs were off leash and attacked/killed my dog; they made sure that tenant was held accountable for her negligence. Management even sent me a nice gift and card signed by all expressing their sympathy. They’re good people and try to make this a wonderful place to live. I have certainly enjoyed my time here and have no plans of leaving.
