We are looking for a 20-something roommate for our 3 bedroom apartment in the Wedge! Fabulous location- right by the bus stop for the 113, 4, and 17 bus lines. Close to the wedge coop, lake of the Isles, and lots of great coffee shops! We are ideally looking for someone to move in sometime in December or Jan 1st! The lease would go until Aug 31 with the opportunity to sign for the next year. Rent is $700 a month (utilities included), plus about $17 a month for wifi 3 bedroom apartment 1 bathroom newly updated kitchen (new fridge, stove, dishwasher, and countertops) Fully furnished common areas (kitchen, living room) Laundry in the basement (takes coins) Parking for 1 car available in lot behind the building The bedroom we are looking to fill is on the 2nd floor (newly painted, large room that can easily fit a queen bed, with 2 large windows- see pictures). The bedroom does not have a closet, but comes with a large wardrobe. There is also an entryway/hall on the 2nd floor by the front door to the apartment. The rest of the apartment (common spaces, 2 bedrooms, bathroom) is on the 3rd floor. About the roommates: 2 20-something females, one is a grad student and one is an aspiring dancer working as a server in NE. We are respectful, kind, down to earth, and would love to be friends with our roommate! We also have a cat who is both playful and cuddly.
