Very spacious 4 bed 2 bath in a corner building getting lots of sunlight features newly redone hardwood floors, high ceilings, laundry in-unit and Central AC! The open concept layout has a large, eat in kitchen with stainless appliances, Quartz countertops, island for barstools, and a Living room with decorative mantel and tons of sunlight. Down the hall is the in-unit laundry and a newly remodeled bathroom with new vanity, toilet, and paint. Both bedrooms are bigger than average and can fit a queen/ king bed. Only 7-10 minute walk to the JFK T station and very close to restaurants, grocery stores, everything South Bay has to offer (Target, Home Depot, Lowes theatre, outlet shopping, etc.). Dorchester Brewery and 224 Bistro are only a few minutes walk. Unit has gas HVAC system, tenants pay for all utilities. Only 7-10 minute walk to the JFK T station and very close to restaurants, grocery stores, everything South Bay has to offer (Target, Home Depot, Lowes theatre, outlet shoppin
