Wow! This Condo was a steal at $1,995. But the motivated owner says "I need it rented!" So we are slashing the price to only $1,645! Incredible! This won't last long!! This condo is a former model unit in Summherhill -- a highly sought-after, upscale community on the Issaquah Highlands. This particular unit is located at the entrance for easy access to I-90, Seattle, downtown Issaquah, shopping, and more. Yet, because it is tucked behind another unit, there is no noise whatsoever!
