Note: The bonus room has no egress and cannot be used as a bedroom, but it's perfect for a den, home office, craft/hobby room, exercise space, or rec room. Upgrades to the home include a recent furnace and central AC update, and a new heat pump water heater. Native ferns and snowberry bushes adorn the front yard.
