Available: This is a summer sublet. It is only available June 1 - August 15, 2025. It needs to be rented for the full time period or, for a maximum of 1-2 weeks less. It is not available after August 15. This furnished house is blocks away from Irving Park and the hidden neighborhood greenway. Walking in the other direction gets you to NE Broadway in just a few minutes. Great location for biking, walking, and getting around the city via public transportation. Utilities are included. Credit check and $3,120 deposit required, and a $400 cleaning fee. The home is completely furnished- beds, dressers, couches, desks, dining table, kitchenware included. The sunny backyard is perfect for summertime gatherings. Off-street parking is also available. The 1908-built home is shaded by giant mature trees. -"Very Walkable" 82 walking index gets you to shops, cafes and supermarkets -"Biker's Paradise" 99 biking index gets you to music festivals and riverside parties -"Excellent Transit" 71 bus and metro score means you may not use your car all summer! Utilities included! There are no pets allowed (non-negotiable), and no smoking of any kind.
