The second bedroom is an ample size with significant closet space. There is a full bathroom in the hallway with a tub. roof deck with a beautiful view of Center City that we've spent many nights on. family oriented block with great neighbors. Dock Street South, OCF Coffee, On Point Bistro, Insatiable (formerly Community and Burgs Hideaway - RIP one of the greats), Chick's, Los Camaradas, Sidecar, Ultimo Coffee, about a mile from South Street. The house would be ideal for Penn/Drexel students/employees, but you're also less than a mile from the subway if you work at/attend Temple University. This house is really important to us, and we're hoping to rent to friends/a couple/a family that feel the same way about it. We'll run credit checks upon application, but we have reasonable expectations here. The fee is $75 for this, but if you pass the check and sign a lease we'll apply the cost to your deposit. You'll be expected to provide First Month/Last Month/Security when signing the lease. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. A pet deposit will be added to the rent. The home is available on January 1st, but we're a little flexible on dates. So, if you're looking for a February move, we can possibly make it work.
