We've rented at over 5-6 different properties that offers similar amenities as the Viv on West Dallas, (within the inner loop of Houston). In my opinion, the leasing team at the Viv are the best leasing team we've dealt with! ...Yes, there WERE renovations in 2016, but we are glad we renewed and transferred to the newer/renovated apts. Anytime I asked about the renovation schedule/timeline (when deciding if we wanted to renew), they were always honest and updated me the best they could. #FiveStarsToTheViv
