Tenant responsible for any and all additional utilities. That includes but it’s not limited to garbage, Internet, and more. Small dogs are on a case by case basis. Tenant must complete an application for the animal and include a picture as well as the registration and insurance information for the dog. And a nonrefundable $500 deposit is required prior to the move-in of the animal.
