This lovely three-bedroom row house will be available starting on October 10th for $2,900 a month. The new tenants would begin a 12 month lease with the landlord beginning mid October (Octobers rent would of course be pro rated). The house is located on a quiet residential street lined with trees, but is also only a ten minute walk from the heart of Adams Morgan's night life and maybe a two minute walk to the Woodley Park Zoo/Adams Morgan metro stop. There is also a good mix of incredibly friendly younger folks (people in their 20s and 30s) and families in the neighborhood. The house is rather massive and has more than enough space for three people. The house has tons of windows and great natural light in the morning and afternoon. There is an abundance of storage as well, as tenants have access to the house's attic. A full size washer and dryer are included in the house. Additionally, the home has a front porch and nice backyard with a fire pit. And during the winter, when it is too cold outside, you can use the working fireplace inside the house. Utilities are not included, but while we have been living here they have ranged between $100 and $250 (in the dead of winter) for everything. The house is privately owned and we have had no problems with the owner. She works in the DC area and has been incredibly responsive anytime we asked her for repairs. We are sad to leave this house but the three of us are now moving closer to our respective places of work.
