Room is approx 8 x 12 ft--fits a queen size bed and dresser comfortably. There's also a shallow walk-in closet and balcony. ABOUT THE UNIT • Spacious, modern (yet classic) • Unit is approx 950ft sq feet • Has a dishwasher (what?!?!) • Has a storage unit • 1 Full Bathroom • 1 in-unit shared hall closet space ABOUT THE BUILDING Small, quiet apartment building with 7 units with lovely community of occupants ranging from small families to short term renters. Most occupants own their units and have lived in the building for years, and are therefore very invested in the upkeep of the building and the neighborhood. There is coin (quarter only) laundry in the building's basement. ABOUT ME I'm a designer working as a freelance consultant. I'm in my thirties, and enjoy hiking, painting, cooking. Occasionally I'll have my girlfriends over for an evening of food and wine. I enjoy trashy tv (a little Bachelor never hurt anyone) and I travel frequently. I am looking for someone who will maintain the tidiness of the apartment and is respectful of the quiet and peaceful nature of the building. ABOUT YOU As I travel often home is a quiet respite for me, and I am looking for a roommate that is a little more settled down as well. Preferably in 30's onward, you are chill and easy going--we coexist well but no expectation to hang out. ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD • Only a block away from beautiful Lombard Street • classic SF feel next to the trolley tracks • Super safe residential neighborhood • Blocks away from super cute restaurants like Stone's Throw, Leopold's, and Swenson's • Trader Joe's is less than 1 mile down Hyde • Permit Pass "A" Required for street parking
