Everything is fabulous. Obviously the train can be problematic, but my boyfriend and I are such deep sleepers that it's never woken us up. I live in the town house style apartment, and the walls are very thick, so the train is muffled. Usually the building manager is excellent at replying to emails (though my most recent one has taken a while). The price is excellent once you consider that all utilities are included (including one parking pass, plus no monthly pet fee). I'm very impressed.
