The clean and stylish property boasts two balconies, views of a tidal marsh and is only a short walk to Center Street and 10 minutes to the beach. The main living area has open flow between the kitchen and living room with a queen bedroom and full bath located on the main floor. 2nd floor- Master bedroom has a king bed with attached bathroom tub/shower combo and a screened in porch off the master. The third bedroom (also on 2nd floor) includes a queen size bed. There is a crib located in the master bedroom walk in closet. Crib sheets are not provided. There is a baby gate at the top and bottom of the stairs. There is a propane gas grill located on the exterior ground level. The townhouse is equipped with a washer/dryer. PARKING: There is parking for 1-2 cars inside the garage. There are two open spaces for the whole neighborhood to the left of the garage. They are not assigned or designated and first come, first serve. There is also open parking at the entrance of the neighborhood alongside the garden. You may parallel park along the south side of Michigan Ave. Parking on the streets and sidewalks in Back Bay is not permitted as this impedes access to the units. More importantly this may impede emergency vehicles getting to a unit in an emergency. All Tires must be off the pavement. There is no pool access at this townhouse.
