This complex offers tennis courts and a swimming pool right outside the door of this unit. Marsh Nest offers stunning views of the Folly area marshland and a great opportunity to observe the wildlife and watch the world go by, This property has two bedrooms both equipt with king beds. There are two full bathrooms as well. The kitchen, dining, and living room are open-concept so that you can view the marsh from each of these areas. Off of the master bedroom, there is a screened porch which can also be accessed by the living room so that you can work from home with a view or sit out and enjoy the sunset in the evening. Two dogs can be accommodated. Marsh Nest has its own in-unit washer and dryer as well. This apartment includes an elevator to access the unit, please note we are not the manager of the complex and cannot guarantee the operation of the elevator. The property does include complimentary parking. Marsh Nest is a 3-minute drive to Folly Beach and a 20-minute drive to Downtown Charleston. It is the perfect apartment for someone looking to move to the area or just someone stopping in for a long visit.
