Just off the living room is an enclosed sunroom with loads of natural light featuring a dining table that seats four, and a fun swinging chair. The kitchen features a beautiful tile floor, updated appliances, Keurig coffee maker and open shelving. There is ample cabinet space and a full-sized pantry with shelving for additional storage. The kitchen also has a window into the living room which makes it perfect for entertaining. A full size washer/dryer are tucked away in a closet in the kitchen for your convenience. The first of the three bedrooms features a queen size bed, a large closet, and big windows for lots of natural light. The second bedroom is comfortable and cozy with two twin size beds and lots of storage, perfect for a family with kids! In the hallway outside these two bedrooms you will find the stunning guest bathroom featuring a modern design with fun tile and beautiful fixtures. The master bedroom is truly an oasis featuring a luxurious king size bed, vaulted ceiling, en suite bathroom, and huge master closet. There is also a Smart TV in this room! The rain head shower and double vanity truly make for a spa like experience. The large, fenced backyard has a brand-new deck and mature landscaping for added privacy. Parking is available in the driveway and can accommodate up to three cars. In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $450 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax.
