The dining room has a large dining table to seat six and a bay window to look out to beautiful Colonial Street! The living room is just off the dining room and kitchen and is the perfect place to relax and watch a movie on the smart TV! The kitchen was recently updated and features custom cabinets, loads of storage and granite countertops. There is a small desk as well for all of your work from home needs! The large island houses an extra-deep sink and seating for a family of five. Appliances include a sub-zero refrigerator/freezer, Wolf 6-burner gas range, Bosch dishwasher, Samsung Microwave, and Dacor Warming Drawer. The back porch is screened and overlooks the garden. It can be accessed from the dining room and the kitchen, and has a comfortable sofa and chairs for you to relax and enjoy the beautiful Charleston weather! The second floor houses the master suite, laundry room, guest bedroom, and bath. The spacious master suite features a King size bed, walk in closet, and large en suite bathroom. The master bathroom features a clawfoot tub, double vanity, large marble and glass shower, and a separate toilet room. The laundry room is very spacious and has loads of cabinets for added storage. A small but handy feature, the pass-through from the master bath to the laundry allows you to drop your dirty laundry right into the laundry basket. The guest bedroom also features a King size bed and loads of natural light! The guest bath was recently renovated and features the original butler's pantry cabinetry from the first floor, and a large cultured-marble and glass shower. The top floor of the house includes two large bedrooms, and a bath with an original pedestal tub/shower. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. In one bedroom you will find a large desk and comfortable chair. This bedroom would double as the perfect home office! Off street parking is located in the driveway. In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $575 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax.
