The location is great - only minutes from the Charleston Harbor and walking distance to MUSC, Ashley Hall, King Street, parks, restaurants, and shops. The property exudes curb appeal with a large front porch and lush greenery. Inside, the home has a flowing floor plan with formal living and dining rooms highlighting hardwood floors, detailed moldings, and 11 foot ceilings. The eat-in kitchen includes white subway tile backsplash, custom cabinets, a center island, and high-end stainless steel appliances while the adjoining living room offers a cozy setting with a back to back brick fireplace, perfect for everyday living and entertaining. Off of the dining room you will find the sunroom which features a comfortable seating area great for relaxing! A laundry room/mudroom, with built-in shelves and cabinets, is located off the main living spaces. Also on the first floor is a half bath for your convenience. The home has a total of three bedrooms and they are all on the second floor. The expansive master bedroom suite features a large window nook bench, walk-in closet, an office area, and an elegantly appointed en-suite bath with a soaking tub, dual marble-topped vanities, and a large tiled shower. There is a guest bedroom suite, which features an updated en-suite bath, along with another guest bedroom down the hall. Both of the guest bedrooms features desks for all of your work from home needs. One off street parking space is located in the driveway. Washer and dryer included in unit. Pets can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee. In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $500 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax. Tax is charged on the rental rate, cleaning fee, and pet fee (if applicable). * Other things to note: Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
