First, the move-in conditions: - Moving date is flexible, between 1st and mid March, ideally March 14. - You would take over my lease, which ends July 1st and is renewable. - First month + refundable deposit (1 month rent) = $2,200 required to take over the lease. - Rent includes everything but electricity and internet, which are equally shared between the roommates. About the unit/room: - 3rd floor unit. - The room available is the largest, with a large closet. I still have a lot of room even with a queen bed, a few shelves and a desk. - Nice recent hardwood floors in common areas, carpet in the rooms. - Modern kitchen with kitchen island. - In-unit patio - Built-in microwave, modern stove/oven, dishwasher and fridge, and plenty of cabinets to store stuff (we still have a lot of room in the closets!) - A/C  - Bedroom will be unfurnished. - Common areas will be mostly furnished (and well decorated!). We like to keep the common areas nice and clean. We rarely bring the party over but like to have people over from times to times. We like to have an open communication and be mindful of each other's schedule. She also has a very smart cute cat who loves to play, you just have to earn her trust :) Ideally, you would be a young women who feels she would get along my roommate, based on the description above.
