About 20129 81st Ave W
Large and friendly shared house of 5 people in their 20s and 30s. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a kitchenette and currently 2 dogs! Part of the great vibe of the household comes from the selection of new roommates being made by the roommates themselves. They read the emails from people interested in taking a look at the house, invite them to see inside, and decide if they'd like them to invite them to move in. It's a much faster process than it sounds, so if you're interested, please get in touch. More about the house: Its a clean and tidy home and everyone is pretty low key and very considerate about noise, dishes etc. There is also plenty of street parking at the side and front of the house. There is also plenty of storage in the basement. The main house is shared by all 5 residents (2 living rooms, 1 kitchen, Laundry). An additional annex is also accessed by rooms 4 & 5 (Kitchenette, Livingroom). There are 3 bathrooms: 1 in the additional annex, shared by rooms 4 & 5, and the other two are shared by rooms 1, 2, & 3. Currently the smaller is used by room 3, and the larger (with a walk in shower and jet bath!) is shared by rooms 1 & 2. If you're interested, please send email with some information about yourself for the other residents to see. Your email will be shared with the household and it is the residents decide who to invite for viewings and select new room mates and I, the landlord, only facilitate. More info: - There is no smoking in the house or front yard. Smoking permitted in the back yard. - We cannot accept couples - just one person for the room - First, last and $550 deposit - We have a private Facebook group for the household - Bills average at $80/month for Elec, Gas, Water, Trash, Internet It is a corner room with windows on two walls. In addition to the main kitchen and living areas, you'll also have a kitchenette, living room and bathroom that you share with room number 4 (currently female). Please read the property description, and send us a little about yourself so that the current roommates can invite you to see the house.
