You'll be a block from Zilker Elementary (rated 9/10 on GreatSchools) and Little Zilker Park two playgrounds, tennis courts, and a public dog park, all open to the public outside school hours. South Lamar's restaurants and cafes are within walking distance, Barton Springs and Zilker Park (home to ACL and events all year) are a 20-minute walk away, and the famous Ford Street Halloween block party is right around the corner. Offered furnished on a 12-month lease, with premium appliances, washer and dryer included, and pets welcome. Wheelchair friendly.
