I have been a resident here for a few months so I have interacted with a few of the leasing agents. they have all been friendly as well as helpful. When I was in my initial search I was working with Brandon and he was very patient with me when finding the best apartment for my living needs, even though I may have been unsure and changed my mind a few times on the layout I wanted to choose. Eva has also helped me with any concerns I may have had. I would definitely say Brandon and Eva are an asset to the company.

The move-in process was long and hectic, but with the help of one of the leasing office managers, Elaine Copeland, it was smooth until I moved in with my daughters on September 1/2023. Elaine is still friendly to us. So, from our move-in date until now, we haven’t noticed a negative attitude, yet if anything changes, I will update my review. I like the area manager also (Ms. Tina) I think she knows how to do her job because she is hardly seen in the lobby area she is always busy in her office. Eva is one of the leasing professionals. She is good even though she is new. Brandon is also a leasing professional. He is helpful to residents. The maintenance crew is good, too, because as soon I put in a complaint, they rush to fix the problem. The only problem that drives me crazy is the packaging system. I wish they had another way to do it. However, both of the leasing managers will end up helping a lot with the packing even though there is a private company that runs it.
