Large three bedroom partially furnished 1/2 house (one bedroom extra-large) and dining area. Located within minutes to the U of R, Strong Hospital with neighborhood watch and many local eateries and shopping, also near designated student shuttle stops for River Campus and the Medical Center. We use a cloud-based tenant/ landlord software package that provides a tenant portal to communicate with and online rent payment options. Excellent for graduate students, medical students, and postgraduate trainees, including residents and fellows of the School of Medicine and Dentistry. Included Amenities: security system (SimpliSafe), internet, water, shared washer/ dryer, snow plowing, landscaping, garbage pick-up, basement storage and off-street parking included.
