We have absolutely loved living at The Marling for 2 years and only moved out because we bought a house. The staff is excellent and always very kind and responsive. Looking for a sublet to take over the remainder of our current lease, ending 07/31/2025, with the option to renew indefinitely. You will have the option through The Marling directly to sign a new lease following the sublet term, if you want to extend your lease. Rent is $2,370/month, pro-rated first month based on date of move-in.
