I had a short sublet in the Trafalgar. The building was clean and well cared for, the management was responsive, and the neighborhood was quiet. The adjacent dog park was excellent and the location was convenient. Jason and his maintenance guys were constantly around, working on repair and improvements. When we needed an extension to our sublease, they were happy to work with us. The rent was very reasonable, especially for how nice the place was. I ended up moving out of the state, else I would have been happy to stay on there.

I lived here from December 2015 until November 2016 the owners that owned/managed the building before were HORRIBLE. But once the new management company took over I believe in February 2016 they REALLY improved the place.. I rented a studio apartment for roughly $735 (addl $20 for having my cat with me otherwise it would've been $715 this included heat, water and Charter cable services and I had my own washer/dryer in my apartment loved that I didn't have to share machines with others or drag baskets all over the place and I paid electric separate usually no more than $30-40/month except during the summer when I used the central air then it was a little over $100/month then) Jason H. and his maintenance guys are amazing and easy to get ahold of in case of an emergency or issue. Jason is very friendly and loves to joke around and is very good at problem solving.. I only had a few issues with my space during my stay and they were all fixed in a timely manner. When I was getting ready to move out I had been going through some medical issues and was not able to clean out my apartment for final inspection by myself.. Jason was very helpful in finding me someone to help clean my apartment for very little cost. The neighborhood is nice and close to a few restaurants, a small grocery store, a Walgreens, dollar store, library and a hardware store most within walking distance. Very good apartments and Mangement for the cost of living inside the Madison area.. Very pleased for my first rental and apartment. Would highly recommend to others.
