As you enter the space, you are greeted by a spacious living room area and kitchen area with large windows to match. The kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances and an entrance to a private balcony out back. Upstairs are all three bedrooms that come with closet space and hardwood floors. The primary bedroom comes with the building's accented rounded windows that give the room its own special feel. Water and a washer/dryer are included in the rent along with an off-street parking space. There is an application fee of $50 per applicant. The minimum credit score requirement is 670 (per DC statute, the approval decision is not based solely on the credit score). Applicants must have a total household gross monthly income that is equal to or greater than 2.5x the monthly rent. The minimum lease term is for one year. The required security deposit is equal to one full month's rent. Tenants are responsible for gas, electricity, and internet. Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis with a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300. Smoking is not permitted.
