The Presidio Residences is pleased to announce availability in our Wyman neighborhood. The elegant Wyman Avenue neighborhood is located within the historic Southern Wilds District, just west of Mountain Lake. Its three single-family homes and eight duplexes were once home to physicians and their families. The homes in this picturesque neighborhood have all undergone thoughtful historic rehabilitation and updated to include modern amenities and many eco-friendly features. Wyman Avenue is near the Mountain Lake and park trails, and is a short walk from the Lobos Valley Overlook which offers stunning views toward the Pacific Ocean. We are excited in presenting 1814-A Wyman Avenue. This 1700 sq. ft. duplex has 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, a full basement for storage and laundry, a designated parking space, and is priced at $8,250 monthly. We will have an Open House on Wednesday, July 23rd, 2025 12:00pm-1:00pm. Additional Information: Holding deposit is $8,250 Application fee is $46 per adult Parking permit for an additional vehicle is $100 per month – 2 cars maximum Two household pets are permitted with an additional $500 deposit and a $75 pet rent per month per pet. Required documentation includes current vaccination records, spaying/neutering records, emergency caregiver contact information, and veterinarian contact information.. All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust’s standard residential screening criteria.
