Welcome to the heart of Norwood, 1 min away from Xavier. This is a 1 bed 1 bath unit, featuring hardwood floors. Currently there is street parking, however we are working on 4 car parking spots in the back yard. The building is a 3 unit building, this unit sits in the middle of the 3 units. There is shared laundry in the basement with ability for us to add a personal washer/dryer in the near future. Tenant is responsible for electric, landlord is responsible for water & gas. The home is heated by a boiler system radiators and will be cooled by windows a/c units which the tenant must provide on there own. In the near future in coordination with the future tenant here we may remove the radiators and replace them with in-unit A/C minisplit. Owner pay water, renter is responsible for electric.
