Stayed here for more than 2 years and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The front staff is kind and helpful and maintenance is great. Nearby to lot of restaurants and groceries. Perfect apartment in a perfect location.

I wanted to point out how lovely the staff are. Everyone has been nothing short of kind with me since I’ve moved in. Things will go wrong in any place you are living as when I moved in there were a few minor hiccups between maintenance needs other sorts but the staff was very quick to make my satisfaction their priority and got everything fixed for me ASAP. Collin and Justin with maintenance are very hard working, kind hearted, and smart people. They have come to my place three times now and fixed everything I had problems with in a timely manor especially with all of the snow we have gotten. I see them working early to late hours on the property very frequently and I think it goes unnoticed how great they are and how great our maintenance team is in general. Love Latitude and would recommend it to everyone I know!
