I live in 5713 and David mcloud is are maintenance man and he is absolutely amazing!!! When he came to fix my wall he also was so nice and took my trash out!!! Thank you Brixworth for hiring such nice trust worthy maintenance!!!!

I enjoyed living there and didn’t have any issues with the office or anyone working there. Only thing I would have e done differently is have a ring camera. Unfortunately, I had packages stolen, but that’s how almost any place is and I won’t dock them for that. I lived there from Oct 2022 until Dec 2023. When I needed maintenance, the turn around time (non emergency) was great. I would recommend contacting them if you are looking for an apartment. I was in a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment.
