There is also a storage shed for outdoor equipment beneath the deck, and the driveway features parking space for 3-4 cars. The inside of this 4-bedroom, 1.75 bath home has been repainted. In addition, new hardwood kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops, appliances, fixtures, bathroom vanities and floors, and new carpet downstairs were installed. During this same time, the hardwood floors upstairs were refinished, and the fireplace and chimney have been fully serviced. The hardwood entry foyer and fir stairs lead to 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath upstairs, and 2 bedrooms, plus a 3/4 bath downstairs. A kitchen with an eating space, the living room, as well as access to the massive, covered deck, are all found upstairs. Downstairs includes an over-sized family room, large laundry room with washer/dryer, and 2 storage closets. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with a per-pet non-refundable monthly rent. Move-in charges are first month's rent plus a security deposit equal to one month's rent. Each adult occupant must submit an application for tenant screening purposes. The non-refundable application fee is $40 per person. The home is located less than 2 miles from I-5 access, Highline Community College and every imaginable supporting service to make this a comfortable place to live. Woodmont Elementary School is ~5 blocks away, Totem Middle School is a mile and a half and Thomas Jefferson High School is two miles away. Seatac Airport is 5 miles North, and the home is 12 miles from downtown Tacoma, 15 miles from downtown Seattle, an easy commute wherever you may work.
