Hi, I live in a 2 Bedroom/1 Bath apartment where both the rooms are currently occupied. Living room (refer to the picture) is available which is huge enough (can make it private). It can be used as a separate room has its own balcony, a/c, heater. The rent includes utilities ie. water, sewer, trash, electricity). Also, if you have a car, will provide assigned spot in the complex with a remote key (returned when vacating the place). Shared Access: ---------------------- 1. Bathroom, dining table, kitchen, smaller balcony, couch, tv stand 2. For restroom cleaning, I will arrange for someone to clean on a weekly basis., so the amount will be shared amongst the tenants.
