Room is perfect for a working professional commuting to Baltimore, or someone stationed at Fort Meade, or someone who just wants to be close to the Casino and Mall. Also, since we are right next to MD-295, it's a straight shot into DC. I'll note that I'm currently using the room as my office, but it will be furnished as in the pictures and as detailed below after I move my office equipment, etc., as March 1 approaches. Room is located on the upper floor, is 11ft by 12ft and has a 7ft wide closet. Room will be fully furnished as pictured. - Queen size bed (w/Tempur-Pedic mattress) - Desk - Dresser - Nightstand - Samsung 55" SMART TV Tenant will have access to all common areas of house, including W/D, Kitchen, TV room. Shared bathroom. Landlord is a young married couple who also live onsite. There are also other tenants living in the house; it's a warm, welcoming environment, perfect for the serious professional or someone new to the area.
