Garage is an oversized 2-car detached garage, and the back yard is divided in 2 areas, with the area from house to garage as a patio area, and a grassy yard area in back. The best thing about this spacious home is the location! It's less than 3 miles from White Rock Lake, with over 1000 acres of natural areas and wildlife and over 9 miles of hiking and biking trails, right in the middle of Dallas, and right by your home. The house is on a beautiful, quiet, tree-lined street, with wonderful neighbors. Its large living room has a corner fireplace, and there is a separate utility room and large pantry just off the open kitchen. The three bedrooms are large, and both bathrooms are full-sized, with shower and tub in each. No application fee! Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Tenant pays for all utilities services. This is a no-smoking home. Tenant has responsibility for all yard and outdoor care.
