Welcome to your Seattle home base — a comfortable 2-bedroom townhouse designed for easy city stays, family trips, business travel, and extended visits. THE HOME The townhouse features two private bedrooms with queen beds, comfortable living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, and outdoor space for relaxing after a day exploring Seattle. The home accommodates up to 5 guests. In addition to the two queen bedrooms, the living-room couch can provide an additional sleeping space for one guest. Please note that the couch does not convert into a bed. PRIVATE PATIO + FIRE PIT Step outside to your private patio and enjoy the fire pit — a great place to unwind in the evening, enjoy a drink, or spend time together outdoors. GETTING AROUND SEATTLE One of the home’s biggest advantages is access to public transportation. Judkins Park Station is an easy walk through Judkins Park and connects you to Downtown Seattle, the stadium district, the Eastside, and the wider Link light rail network. For Downtown destinations, we recommend walking through Judkins Park to the station and using light rail rather than walking west along Jackson Street. It’s generally the more pleasant and convenient way to explore the city. GREAT FOR EVENTS + CITY TRIPS The home provides convenient access to many of Seattle’s major destinations, including: • Lumen Field • T-Mobile Park • Downtown Seattle • Capitol Hill • International District • Seattle hospitals and medical centers • Judkins Park Station • Eastside destinations via light rail WORK + EXTENDED STAYS A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi make the home well suited for business travelers and remote work. The full kitchen and residential layout also make longer stays comfortable. COOLING Two portable AC units are provided during warmer weather. They are typically positioned upstairs, where cooling is most helpful. Please follow the operating instructions provided in the home to avoid overloading the bedroom electrical circuit. PET-FRIENDLY Pets are welcome subject to our pet rules and applicable fees. Please include your pet on the reservation so we can properly prepare the home for your stay. Whether you’re visiting Seattle for a game, concert, work trip, family visit, medical appointment, or simply exploring the city, this townhouse provides a comfortable home base with convenient access to Seattle and the Eastside.
