This house is steps away from the entrance to Windsor Terrace. The house has San Francisco charm throughout all the floors and rooms. Beautiful hardwood floors on the main level of the house. Large decorative fireplace in the big living room. Lovely windows that let the natural light in and beautiful dated sconces on the wall. The breezeway from the living room to the formal dining room has french doors that open to the side of the house. Nice to have open during one of those warm San Francisco days. The formal dining room is connected to the kitchen and the kitchen nook. The chandelier is a timepiece of the era and the wall paper is 100 years old that is on the walls in this room. The kitchen nook has windows all around so that you have wonderful natural light coming in throughout the day. All the windows have shutters on them in the kitchen nook so that you can control the light that pours in. The kitchen has washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher and double ovens! There is a built-in workstation in the kitchen. There is a small bathroom off the kitchen and a side door to the yards. From the kitchen you can take the stairs down to the wine cellar and storage area. Going up the stairs from the breezeway you will see three bedrooms, a office room and a full bathroom. Great closet space and beautiful views. The flooring upstairs is a combination. The house has lots of windows on both levels. Such beautiful woodwork and time pieces of the era for a beautiful San Francisco home. The yards are done well so that it is easy upkeep for the tenants. There is a one car garage that is enter through an alley street. You can park one car in the garage and one in front if you need to.
