We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is no pet deposit. Residents agree to pay a monthly pet rent of $50/monthly per dog & $35/monthly per cat, due with the rent on the first day of each month. The pet must be an ordinary house pet. Ordinary house pets include dogs (breed restriction), cats, caged domesticated birds or aquarium fish. All reptiles and amphibians are prohibited. Limited to: dog-two; or cats-two; or birds-two; or aquarium-30 gallon tank.

Lived here for two years, had a fantastic experience. All staff members I met here are professional, friendly, patient, and willing to help, no matter when you need them, even late in the night. The whole building gives you a clean and modern feeling, with very nice facilities. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to stay around the area.

Awesome apartment building and community! Reasonably priced apartments for a large amount of space and several nice in-unit amenities (e.g., dishwasher, private balconies) and building amenities (e.g., laundry room, gym, garage parking). Lots of natural light in all the rooms. Great amount of closet space. Extremely convenient for anyone working or going to school in the Longwood Medical area. 5-minute walk to the Brigham/Boston Children's/Beth Israel/Harvard Medical School. Right around the corner from several fun, good bars/restaurants. 2-minute walk to Stop & Shop. 2-minute walk to the Green Line (Brigham Circle) and several buses. Russell, the leasing consultant, is extremely friendly and helpful and made our move seamless. All the rest of the staff have been very kind, attentive, and helpful, as well.
