Property Id: 2074402 Hi! I'm renting one side of a shotgun double. It includes a porch, a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom (in a corridor between the two rooms), a kitchen, and a back yard. The property has wall heating units, and window AC units. It includes a washer/dryer (in an extension unit in the back that also has room for storage), as well as a fridge, a stove and an oven. The house is a four-minute walk to a bus stop on St. Claude Avenue, and it's a short walk (and even shorter bike ride / drive) to tons of fun Bywater/Marigny restaurants and bars. There's plenty of space in the back for gardening, and a little more in the front, as well. Let me know if you're interested!
