If you're looking for a unique, high end unit with impeccable attention to design, detail and finishes, in a super neighborhood, walkable, bikeable and convenient to everything, you owe it to yourself to check it out. (vital stats below) Location: Very quiet street, 1 block from California and 1 block from Geary. This location is amazingly convenient, yet provides easy street parking for your guests as well. There is a former school on the block (now used for administration only). Thus the block is extra quiet and has tons of street parking. Walking to California street (using the Cook street stairs) gets you to Laurel Village shopping and restaurants, as well as the JCC with its excellent affordable gym (Sport Club LA quality). Need to go downtown. Easy! either the 38BX or the 1BX are 1 block away and both go basically non stop to downtown: 13 minute ride. Freeways, easy access to both the GG bridge and to 101 / 80 / 280. USF is only a couple of blocks away and the UCSF Laurel Heights Campus is 2 blocks away. Fillmore street and Clement street shopping districts are nice 10-15 minute stroll as well. Bike? Store your bike in the garage and as the street is flat getting to and from is very easy. Have a kid? Laurel Hill Pre-School is a half a block away.
