One private room and private bath for rent in a 2bd/2bth condo. Looking for a roommate(s) to take the second bedroom in a great location south of the boulevard in Sherman Oaks. The existing roommates are a musician couple in their 30's and tend to have late schedules, often involving work-from-home i.e. teaching online, late night phone calls overseas etc,. That being said, we tend to keep the volume down low after 9pm. Condo isn't a place to party until the late hours and we do try to keep it clean. Most neighbors here own the condo so everyone is friendly and respectful of the common space as well. Having people over to hang is never a problem but we do want to ensure that this unit isn't the cause for complaints.
