This home is centrally located with easy access to all major highways, Tysons Corner, and walking distance to Downtown Vienna with nearby shopping center and several restaurants The house has 3 bedrooms plus a walkout level that can also be used as a 4th bedroom, in addition to 3 full baths and 1 half bath. It features hardwood floors, lots of space and storage, and a quiet patio The community is family friendly and offers nearby parks and recreation, plus a great school system in the Westbriar, Kilmer, Madison pyramid. The house has two assigned parking spaces for residents and several additional spaces for residents and guests. The rent is $3,975 per month plus utilities. I am looking for someone to sign a 12 month lease (or longer) with one month's security deposit. The house is available on August 1st. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis.
