Hello future roommate 😊 I am 30 years old working in financial due diligence from home currently. On weekdays, I tend to wake early ~5am to go to the gym or work calls. I make breakfast around 7am and can work late, it all depends on the projects I’m working on. I consider myself clean, respectful, and friendly. I tend to meal prep on the weekend. I am fully vaccinated. On weekends I like staying active (gym, hikes, walking). I love trying new coffee places, restaurants, reading, listening to music, catching up with friends or being with my boyfriend. I have friends over infrequently. The bedroom • 1 large bedroom with your own bathroom (connected in your room) • Room can fit a queen size bed, small desk and a dresser. • I’m looking for someone that is looking for a 6 months to 1 year lease. Currently, the lease is month to month. • Each room has its own temperature control for heat • There is a laundry room in the building • Room will be available May 7 Costs • Rent $3,358 a month (includes trash and building fees). • We would split the costs for cleaning supplies • The energy bill is under my name ( ~$45 a month in total ) • Internet bill is under my roommate and would like for you to own it • Apartment insurance is under my roommate About the apartment: • It would be the two of us. I have my own bathroom. • We have a living room and dining room • Most of the furniture you see in the pictures is my roommate, I’m unsure at the moment if she plans to sell it or leave it About the building: -the building has a package room for safe delivery. The package room is located 2 blooks away from our building. We have a rooftop with barbeque area that you can reserve through the Filmore website. About the area: • SF fitness (gym) is about ~7min walking distance • We have several muni route options to get around • There is a grocery store (Safeway) ~7min walking distance Preference: • Stably employed full-time • No smoking (apt does not allow) • Ability to sign lease • Someone that considers themselves pretty clean, respectful and considerate • Not loud • No pets • I don’t mind the roommate having overnight guests over as often as you’d like. For multiple guests (e.g. friends visiting for the weekend), just give me a heads up.
