About 137 S Topanga Dr #9
Located on the western edge of Anaheim this location is just blocks from Knotts Berry Farm. Many of our tenants have been here more than 10 years and we have less than 20 single level units. This unit is located in the back corner of the property. The front porch is a perfect place to rest / bar b que, or just enjoy the greenspace. Currently, water and gas are included in the rent. Tenant pays for electricity and trash / sewer through Anaheim utilities every 2 months, that's only on average 6 times a year. This unit has new carpet and paint throughout, with tile kitchen and bath. The kitchen has just been updated with new counters, stainless steel sink, and a new stove and disposal, it also has a above range microwave. Just added to the bathroom, curved shower rod for more space a new faucet, new showerhead and retouched sink and bathtub / shower. This unit also features ceiling fans in the kitchen and bedroom. We currently have a laundry room on site, and this is one of the closer units to the facilities. All units feature security doors and the front gate generally closes at dusk. The center of our common area includes a large green space featuring a gazebo for all to enjoy. We are a smoke free property. There is a credit and background check fee for each adult over 18 years of age. Security Deposit is $1,500. This is a 1 Year lease, then converts to a month to month. We do have garage parking available for an extra monthly fee. Please call to schedule a viewing. Text me or call and leave a message if I am busy please.
