We offer stainless steel appliances, hardwood style flooring, double panes windows, spacious closets, and our apartments come with either a private patio or balcony to enjoy your morning coffee on. This location is perfect for those looking for affordability without sacrificing quality. But what really sets our community apart is our easy-going pet policy. That's right, we are pet-friendly and even have a pet deposit of $500, making it easier for you to bring your furry friend along. Let's not forget about all the other perks included such as parking, air conditioning, clubhouse with a billiard table and shuffle board. We also have board games for the whole family. We have a beautiful sparkling pool, jacuzzi, gym, extra storage. We are also just a short distance from our major attractions such as Knott's Berry Farm, Disneyland and Downtown Disney and plenty of dining at the Anaheim Packing District. Pet Policy: $500 security deposit per cat and dog. Cats are $50 per month. Dogs are $75 per month and have a weight limit of 25lbs. Pet deposit and rent can be waived for service dogs and emotional support animals (ESA) with proper California documentation.

I had a great experience living a little over a year at Chateau De Ville. It's conveniently located off the 5 with plenty of restruants down the street. Stacy and Monique were very accommodating and clearly care about providing the best experience for their tenants. Any questions or minor maintenance requests I had were resolved in minutes/a few hours. For the price I was paying, I don't have anything bad to say about this apartment complex.
