I moved in last month, Tammy helped me the process , She is so kind and really helpful, She answered all my questions and gave me some good advice.Thank you Tammy. I love the apartment and the amenities, the community is so convince to reach out the grocery , such as Walmart , trader Joe , home goods. To be honest, the noise from the 91 freeway annoy me very much,my windows do not directly face to the freeway. The noise is also aloud.I can not sleep well.I tried to find some way to avoid it , but it does not work. Our maintenance team (particularly Eddie!) go above and beyond to help residents and are so friendly. great job👍👍👍

Thanks to Eddie and Justin for their great and excellent service, I am at Avalon. The process was quick and easy! I was able to start moving in within a few days!! Am always so impressed and thankful for the work Eddie does in maintenance. He is quick, great at what he does, but most of all, cares about those that live here!! Thank you, Eddie! So happy to be living in a quiet, safe and peaceful place like Avalon!!
