Wilken Woodland Apartments is a privately-owned and family operated property offering cottage-style, garden-style and courtyard-style units across 8 acres. Experience nature outside your door and pick fruit off of the many trees across the property (loquats, oranges, avocado, grapefruit), while going for a walk through our lush garden spaces. Enjoy access to three private pools, and several laundry rooms. Tenant pays all utilities. Gas and Electric are paid for by the tenant directly to the Company. Water and sewer are billed bi-monthly by management based on a Ratio Utility Billing System in which the building's bill is divided per unit based on square footage, number of tenants, fixtures, and other relevant factors. Assigned off street parking is an additional $25/a month for the first spot, $75/a month for the second parking spot. To submit an application for a unit, a $55 application processing fee is required. $750.00 Holding deposit is due upon applying, holding the unit for 2 weeks in order for applications to be processed, the holding deposit is applied to the security deposit if approved. 1st month rent and security deposit is due upon move-in Pet Policy: Cats allowed, Dogs by owner approval. Pet fee is $50 a month for first pet $25 a month for the second pet. Apartment showings are by appointment only. Wilken Woodland is a smoke-free community.
