Up to 2 parking spaces provided. Unit has 2 air conditioning units. Unfurnished. 1st, last, and security due at signing for 12 month rental term. As this is a very quiet neighborhood, No Students. No smoking. No Pets. Owner pays for: water/sewer, condominium fees (lawncare, landscaping, snow removal, common area maintenance), and taxes.
