Just a short drive to UMass Amherst, Amherst College, Hampshire College, biking trails, hiking paths, conservation land, Atkin Farms Country Market, movie theaters, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and homemade ice cream. Up to 2 parking spaces provided. Unit has 2 air conditioning units. Unfurnished. 1st, last, and security due at signing for 12 month rental term. As this is a very quiet neighborhood, No Students. No smoking. No Pets. Owner pays for: water/sewer, condominium fees (lawncare, landscaping, snow removal, common area maintenance), and taxes.
